Sisko suspects that Kasidy Yates may be a Maquis smuggler, and struggles with his duty to Starfleet and his emotions as her lover.  Even though Sisko’s suspicions are eventually confirmed, it’s also revealed that Starfleet Security officer Michael Eddington is full blow.
