While the command crew deals with a stupid swarm attack that adds nothing to the episode, the Doctor's program has grown so big that it's degrading, giving him a form of holographic alzheimer's disease.  Can B'elanna and Kes work with the EMH Diagnostic Tool to solve this one before the doctor is lost forever?  Let's find out.
