There's absolutely no way you can do a "best of Star Trek" podcast and not do this episode. This is Matt's first time watching this episode, and we are here for every moment of it.  Relive all the great moments from this episode for the very first time.   The introduction of Commander Shelby, the Borg being back, the kidnapping of Picard, the laser pointing directly into the camera, and those words that left us with the best cliffhanger in television history, "Mr. Worf, Fire..."

If you're watching with us, the next episode will be Best of Both Worlds, Part 2.  Despite what we said in the episode, we will save "Family" for the following week.

Matt doesn't know anything about Star Trek.  Brent has been a Trekkie for over 20 years, having watched every episode and movie multiple times.

Join Matt as he explores for the first time why is Trek the Cultural Phenomenon that it is today.  Relive all those early moment when you first watched Trek.  But since there are over 760+ hours of Star Trek, Brent's task will be to find the best 150 or so that best represent what Star Trek is, the story of Star Trek, and paint Gene Roddenberry's vision of the Future.
